I was getting the searchd crash constantly (every 5 or so seconds) and the SystemSoundServer one less often on one of my two Macs (both running 10.10.4). I rebooted, did "cd /Applications; sudo /bin/rm -rf Xcode-beta.app and re-installed it. The searchd one is gone now. I still get the SystemSoundServer one the first time I build and run an iOS app, but not the second time I run it so that one is livable.
