FWIW, turning on “Show Invisibles” causes Xcode to lockup and then run my entire system out of memory. I get the “Your system has run out of application memory” and wants me to force quit apps.
I suspected this might a keyboard hardware issue, but I get the same behavior using two keyboards from different manufacturers. Which is either a very odd coincidence, or it’s not related to the keyboard.
