A “developer profile” is a file created by Xcode that contains:
- Logins and passwords for the accounts used by Xcode
- Your provisioning profiles
- Your signing identities (i.e. keys and certificates)

FWIW, iCloud keychain only syncs passwords; certificates and keys are not 
synced.
