Generally I have no problem archiving iOS apps. But I just started a new one today, and in the "Copying Swift standard libraries" phase, it just sits there, spinning, for several minutes. I don't know how long to wait.
I've tried restarting Xcode, and cleaning the build folder. One suggestion online was to restart, but really? Is that necessary? C'mon, Apple.
