You can find the RASP files for SA at
http://users.on.net/~dsg/HG/DATA/SA-WINDOW/xcsoar-rasp.dat

I don't know if they're updated each day, if they're not you may have
to track down David George.

I have submitted a patch to make the altitude start at 0ft, but I
suspect we'll try to come up with a better solution. For waypoints
which fall within a loaded map file, XCSoar *should* be able to
automatically fill in the correct height.

Please file bug reports at http://xcsoar.org/trac/report/1 for any
other issues you find, it's easier to manage them there.
