G'day Reg, You can find the RASP files for SA at http://users.on.net/~dsg/HG/DATA/SA-WINDOW/xcsoar-rasp.dat
I don't know if they're updated each day, if they're not you may have to track down David George. I have submitted a patch to make the altitude start at 0ft, but I suspect we'll try to come up with a better solution. For waypoints which fall within a loaded map file, XCSoar *should* be able to automatically fill in the correct height. Please file bug reports at http://xcsoar.org/trac/report/1 for any other issues you find, it's easier to manage them there. ~Matthew Scutter~ On 9/17/10, Reg Moore <[email protected]> wrote: > Folks, > > > > Where can I go to get the South Australian RASP daily files for XC soar WM5. > When trying to save a new waypoint from inside XC soar 6 the altitude edit > box starts from 30000ft which requires me to scroll down for some time to > get to a reasonable level.
