The problem in the IGC file is obviously that at some point the Baro
Altitude is set to zero and stays like that for the rest of the flight.
You said that you are using a PNA which usually means that you don't
have external GPS input from a device with barometric altitude output or
did you connect the PNA to such a device?!

The pressure altitude is missing from the IGC file. A minor
regression bug I guess.
I filed a ticket and will keep it update with comments when I find out

seeyou application window to "GPS Altitude" instead of "Altitude"
and this seemed to fix the problem for me on an earlier alpha release.

I uploaded the flight to the OLC and it shows the altitude
and trace just fine. I just tried pulling up the same IGC
file in See You and I don't get any altitude information in
SeeYou statistics or 3D view.
I'll file a bug and attach the IGC file, just for logging
purposes and to make sure the data is around. Love the rest
of the aspects in 6.0a8 though. Awesome work.
