Hi

I have now managed 3 flights with 6.0 on my Altair (the weather here in
Qld has improved after the devastating floods) and have a few comments...

   1. It is quite hard to see where the cursor is on screen - the
current highlighting method seems just to put dots inside buttons.
Would it be possible to have a clearer highlight than this please
as it's really difficult to see the current method in some light.

   2. I loaded the exact same version of 6.0 onto a friend's Altair this
weekend - and none of the Altair buttons worked properly (and many
not at all). It was really weird. We ended up reverting to 5.2 so
he could go flying. No idea why this happened as there were large
areas of the program inaccessible due to lack of working buttons!

   3. For the start of my last flight this weekend, the netto was
showing 19.4 kts up continuously. When I started thermalling, the
vario worked fine and after about 15 min on task the problem
cleared and the netto worked fine.

   4. I don't understand the vario 'flags' screen. I discussed with
Johnny WHarrington some time ago changing XCSoar so that it was
possible to set the state of switches (for flaps, undercarriage
etc) in XCSoar - this screen seems to be headed in this direction
      but I don't think it's their yet.

   5. The screen range selections have changed so things now jump from
50km to 100km - with no 75km selection. Not a huge issue but that
is wuite a jump in map scale.
