Hi Dimitar,
I've just tested on my android phone and can see the XCSoar in the
appmarket. I just searched for 'xcsoar' and it is the only response. It can
also be found at:
https://market.android.com/details?id=org.xcsoar&feature=search_result
You might find if you go to that URL in the phone's browser that it will
also allow you to install it.
