A few weeks ago I had a whole discussion about the same thing for Android to a Mac. So please read that topic (+answer!), and you'll get a clue how to do this in Windows. It started to fall in place, when I realized that WINDOWS/Mac needs to advertise it's serial service, NOT Android. In windows this is easily done in the settings manager. So read the discussion with title: "XCSoar connection to Simulator via BT" starting on the 6th of March.
