Jax, Can you explain what you would hope to gain by viewing a landing site in XCSoar?
The feature originally did not appear to add a lot of value partially because it was hard to manage and the images provided were satellite images. The code was removed for lack of perceived usefulness. Please explain a little more about why you want to see landing site images within XCSoar and what you want to do with it.
