Hi Ramy,
 
See the manual (vers. 6.3.) page 177, chapter 13.5 for details.  Instead of the 
usual details in the waypointdetails.txt file you write file=/pic/image.png or 
.jpg or .pdf .  Where pic is a subfolder of the XCSoarData folder.  Also make 
sure you use forward slash to specify the path.  As far as I know this feature 
works on Android (e.g. Dell) but is not implemented in the PC version (yet).

How do we add photos to waypoint data? Is it explained somewhere in the manual? 
I did a quick search but didn't find anything.
