Hi

I flew today and can add the following report:-

 1. The Altair is correctly seeing the flap switch move to positive and
back (as reported by the Vega).
 2. XCSoar correctly switches to circling mode just once in the flight -
the first time the flaps move to +ve - in my case on the launch as I
start in -ve flap and move to +6 once I have aileron control).
 3. After this single move, XCSoar will not change back to cruise mode
when the flaps are moved to neutal (or -ve). I manually switch to
cruise mode, but the on screen vario is clearly stuck in circling
mode as it's showing the circling icon!
 4. The exact same hardware (including flap switches) worked perfectly
with earlier versions of XCSoar, so I have to conclude there is a
    bug in 6.2.1
 5. I cannot upgrade to 6.4.1 as I cannot find a way to make my Altair
upgrade its software (it is running V1.1.3 according to the
    maintenance screen).
 6. It is likely that the TC Average calculation is getting thrown out
by the vario being permanently in climb mode!

Can anyone help me with this as not having XCSoar working correctly is a
problem, particularly during a competition!
