I am running a Dell Streak 5 with Android 2.3
Just a thought:
Sometimes the preferences do not go from one xcsoar version to the next.
Try renaming your profile file in xcsoardata from something like
"default.prf" to "default.bak".
This will create a new preference file.
You will have to reselect your files (waypoint, airspace, topo) and all
other preferences.
The newest testing version includes a profile editor in "config" - really
nice feature! (thank you to the developers!)
