My mistake - section 11.3.5 of the EJB 1.1 spec says "The transaction-type
element is not supported for Entity beans because all Entity beans must
use container-managed transaction demarcation." Assuming 2.0 is the same
(I haven't got that spec to hand right now), we don't need a
transaction-type for entity beans, and just need to merge the persistent
and persistence-type ones into a single parameter.
