Log Message:
Now using <XDtEjbCmp:forAllCmpFields> to loop over cmp fields. Required to work around
a bug in WLS 6.1 sp1 using automatic key-generation. The pk fields must come before
regular cmr fields.
Further, superclasses cmp fields are now taken into account too.
