Added UtilObjectSubtask - this subtask generates
utility class for each ejb to easy lookup remote interfaces
note that weblogic stuff barfs currently, so comment it out if you like
to see Utilk objects generated
<utilobject/> subtask may accept single parameter - pattern
( default is {0}Util )
