Merged Dave Smith's changes. (with a slight reformatting change, and some field
re-ordering to match DTD)
CMR seems to be complete now (or complete enough), thanks to Dave Smith's work.
jbosscmp-jdbc_xml.j -- basically a re-write from the previous one
Security domain params added to JBossSubTask and jboss_xml.j (also from Dave Smith)
TODO: nuke the jbosscmp-jdbc-rel-XX-XX.j files, as they are no longer needed
(after a few days, in case someone has a problem with Dave's stuff)
