See xdoclet.tagshandler.ConfigTagsHandler.getConfigParameter(). That's
where config params are introspected/handled/merged/whatever. Config
params of a subtask are prefixed by the subtask name of that subtask, so
normally if you give it each subtask instance a unique name they won't
be merged/overwritten.
