I just noticed that I had both the xdoclet-hibernate-module.jar as well as xdoclet-hibernate-module-1.2b2.jar in my classpath. Xdoclet-hibernate-module.jar was the one Joel sent me a few days ago. So I removed xdoclet-hibernate-module, made sure my xdoclet-all was up to date, rebuilt everything and now it appears to be working. I did have to close the quote in the hibernate.xtd file though.
