Guys, I received the JGuru contract. This is bullshit. Here are some terms I question:
------------------------------------ Intellectual Property All content submitted by the contractor is the sole ownership of that contractor; however, the contractor grants jGuru an irrevocable, lifetime, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, publish and sub-license the material subject to appropriate attribution of the author. Modifications jGuru reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time with 15 days notice. ------------------------------------ So I wonder if we should still use JGuru. We can have a FAQ page, and I will maintain it (add questions) as I do with all documentation. If we decide not to use JGuru anymore, I will copy the contents of the FAQ to a document. What do you guys feel? Mathias ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: Geek Gift Procrastinating? Get the perfect geek gift now!
