if a module needs to create and use a custom class that extends
xdoclet.core.build.classes.xdoclet.tagshandler.FieldTagsHandler (i.e.
FieldTagsHandlerCustom), where should it go and how does one tell xdoclet
to use the custom class when executing the module?
