What's the "proper" way to hand a tag which can be used on both class and method level? ejb.persistence has two separate tag definitions, one for each level; ejb.permission and ejb.transaction have a single definition with both levels specified, but their parameters apply to both levels anyway. With e.g. ejb.value-object (guess who's looking at patches in JIRA ;-)) it has a single tag definition with both levels, and then adds extra conditions on some of the parameters to restrict them to one level or the other. Now that's certainly valid according to the DTD, but is it the proper and/or best way to do it or would it be better done as two tag definitions? Which way is easier for XDocletGUI to handle? (can that even cope with all the variations?)
