It was working a week or so ago on XDT-271, with comment "XDT-271: Applied Heiko Rupp's changes for missing tag documentation". But not last night on XDT-16. I notice your XDT-55 tests only show the one for ".cvsignore", and not for "test". Is the problem that it only works for modified files, not for adding new ones?
