A new module for the generation of the OJB repository descriptor part (e.g.
repository_user.xml) and corresponding torque table schemas.
Tested with OJB 1.0 rc1/rc3/CVS (contains Torque 3.0).
Binary version and usage documentation is part of OJB CVS (under contrib).
