The other open issues similar to this, XDT-249, XDT-186 have patches that didn't work
for me. I've tested these with WebSphere 4.0.3 and WebSphere 5.0.

Description:
The ejbdoclet websphere subtask's resource files are out of sync with the main ejb-jar
deployment descriptor. The attached patch + new template fix this for
ibm-ejb-jar-ext.xmi, ibm-ejb-jar-bnd.xmi. I have not fixed Schema.dbxmi creation,
since I don't use that and don't know what to put there.
With these changes, JNDI name bindings and bean-cache settings are correctly
propagated to all beans. The problem was in the id links created to the main
ejb-jar.xml, which used different anchor format.
