I uploaded to the server using my own account. Everyone who is admin should
be able to do the same.

Not so. All developers on the project get added automatically to the 'xdoclet' unix group when they're added to the project members list, so have rw rights to the site's directory; it's not just admins (I'm not an admin, yet I've been able to update them previously...) But if you 'ls -l' in htdocs you'll see that the files you uploaded now only have read group access, and only owner has read/write, so none of the rest of us can update them any more. If you do a 'chmod --recursive g+w' in the htdocs directory, that should sort it out. You may also find 'umask 0002' (rather than the default setting of 0022) useful to avoid it happening again.
