All,

What are the plans for releasing a 1.2 Final release? I know that there are
some outstanding issues in JIRA and in the next week or two, I intend to
dive in and see if there are any that I can address, but have their been any
goals set for releasing 1.2 Final? Must we close all of the issues in JIRA?
All of the high priority issues? Should we set some plan/goals to make a
final release (or even a beta 4 release)?

Despite the issues in JIRA, my experience working with the current HEAD is
that it is fairly stable. I've only run into one minor issue with m-lets
(and I have a fix that I'll be checking in tomorrow), but other than that,
the current HEAD build is working fine for me. Of course, there are perhaps
others with a different experience.

Nonetheless, I'd like to see XDoclet 1.2 to become final pretty soon,
especially given that so much focus is now being spent on XDoclet 2. I'm
+0.5 to release 1.2 as-is, but even if we don't do that I'd like to engage
some discussion as to what action items need to be ironed out so that 1.2
can be final.

Any thoughts?
