Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: XDT-592
Summary: XDoclet puts COMP_NAME and JNDI_NAME in home causing AVK to fail
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Assigned
   Priority: Major

 Time Spent: Unknown
  Remaining: Unknown

    Project: XDoclet
 Components:
             EJB Module

Assignee: xdoclet-devel (Use for new issues)
   Reporter: Hani Suleiman

Description:
I realise this isn't a bug, since almost every single app server out there happily
slurps up static final fields in home interfaces. However, Sun's AVK posts a fail when
it encouters these fields.

This patch is unlikely to get accepted since it breaks a lot of backward
compatibility, but I am providing it anyway so that those interested in the AVK/J2EE
verifier are able to use xdoclet and still pass (after applying a few xdoclet patches!
