Environment: prototyped under windows xp using JBossIDE

Description:
During the further development of JBoss.net, we have prototyped some
xdoclet patches/module extensions that would lead to J2EE1.4 deployments (at least
with regard to the EJB2.1, Servlet2.4 and WS4EE1.1 bits of it).

As some sort of christmas gift, I hereby send you the patch (and some JBoss-IDE
standards.xml and Eclipse test project).

It is by no means complete, nor tested (because we are implementing the spec along the
way ;-)

I would be happy if I could volunteer the further development of that stuff (as I am
sure that we will tweak it further on during the next weeks).

Best,
CGJ
