I am making progress..  I have the maven issue for the tests resolved.  (and a
blog article soon about the issue!).

I am still working through getting Clover to run..  It looks like it runs, it
does the "clover all over" message, but no joy.

I hope to have a commit of everything on Tuesday..  I hope that doesn't delay
the release, the changes I making are just making things *nice* not changing code.
