I did the patch. BTW I first made it in jboss-bean-body.xdt and then found out 
that it is NOT USED. So this should maybe be removed.

I then did the patch in jboss_xml.xdt and also merged some interessting changes 
from the body.xdt into it.

It seems to work quite fine.

The other changes I merged where to honor the jndi-name on the ejb: variants of 
resource-ref and resource-env-ref.

If the ejb:resource-ref has the jndi-name attribute then take it. This leads to 
a lot less xdoclet tags in my code as I can remove nearly all the jboss tags.

I hope this can go into the next release
