Right now, if you have @hibernate.class in A.java and @hibernate.subclass in B.java, you get a single A.hbm.xml file with a nested <subclass> element inside A's <class> element. Instead, I'd like to get a separate hbm.xml file for B (<hibernate-mapping> <subclass name="B" extends="A" > ...) My company has developed our own *.xdt templates to do exactly that, along with some custom subtasks to point at them, to simplify build.xml.
