"When it's ready". Actually, unless we have complete J2EE 1.4 (i.e. EJB 2.1 & Servlet 2.4) support and/or JDK 1.5 syntax parsing, I'd be inclined just to call it 1.2.3 rather than 1.3. What does everyone else think?
