I don't have permission to open an issue in Jira, how do I get permission?
I'm sitting on the patch, but I can't submit it because the list won't take it, and I can't add it to Jira as my accounts (vertigre and iwadasn) apparently don't have any rights. -Tyler This e-mail message is intended only for the named recipient(s) above.
