I did not run ant in a different JVM and could not reproduce the memory leak. That's the reason why i hope that the leak is realy solved now and not just bypassed with a workaround. IMHO, we should be sure that the leak is realy solved before closing the issue and should therefore try to reproduce it with ant runing in the same JVM for each invocation.
