Those sound like a good aim for 1.3. However, in the interests of getting something out sooner, I see no reason we shouldn't have a 1.2.3 bugfix release in the meantime. How about we give it another week or so for people to finish stuff off (I've got a DAO improvement waiting to go in as soon as I get a free evening to add something to the samples, for one) and any other bug fixes that can be done quickly, and then see about a release candidate?
