Description:
This is a patch and some additional xdt files (I couldn't figure out how to get
new files into a patch) to support dynamic generation of wsdl (should address
XDT-1114) and also allows for per class generation of wsdl files.

Also the webservice.xml file is now created with the names of the wsdl and
jaxrpcMapping files (even if the wsdl is generated on a per class basis). These
filenames are created with the paths that would be expected for a J2EE
deployment (META-INF/... for session beans or WEB-INF/... for servlets).

The WebServiceXmlSubTask now also supports generation of the webservice.xml
file properly formatted for per class wsdl (separate <webservice-description>
tag for each wsdl file) or single wsdl (single <webservice-description>
containing all port-components)

I have compiled these changes and run the samples in both perclass and single
wsdl mode and the samples compiled and generated valid wsdl and
webservices.xml files.

note: per class wsdl generation is triggered by removing the wsdlFile=
attribute from the wseedoclet task
