Actually, apart from my bits & pieces, CVS has been quiet for a few days
now. The only outstanding issue in JIRA was Marco's XDT-1303
"@jdo.query", but it looks like that needs more thought anyway.

So, I've tagged the files (XDoclet-v1-2-3) and done successful clean
builds on both Windows & Linux. However, I haven't got any suitable
spare web space at the moment to upload a release candidate, and
SourceForge are getting fussier about file downloads & quotas etc. on
the web servers.  So I've just uploaded them to the Files area instead;
I'm not going to mess around with trying to hide them so only the
developers can access them, as that's how we ended up with half the
mirrors not carrying the last release's files for weeks :-(

Please test them out as much as possible in the next few days, and
unless anyone shouts with a show-stopper we'll announce the release
officially early next week. If there's any major problems we can just
remove these ones from the file area and do a 1.2.3a build ;-)
