Description:
since version 0.9.4.4 of castor element <bind-xml> has a location attribute 
(http://www.castor.org/xml-mapping.html see bullet 3.5)

looks like both 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 do not support this feature.

sample resolution is attached but isn't thoroughly tested.
