Andrew Stevens commented on XDT-769:
------------------------------------

Does this problem still occur? hibernate.xdt has changed a lot since 1.2 and
now doesn't have anything line 8, much less a ifHasMethodTag tag.

> Well i don't know if this is really a bug, but I think this isn't the normal
> way of handling stuff. When I tried to make a hibernate mapping I constantly
> got this exeption :
> "SEVERE: Invoking method failed:
> xdoclet.tagshandler.MethodTagsHandler.ifHasMethodTag, line=8 of template
> file:
> jar:file:C:\apache-ant-1.5.4\lib\xdoclet\xdoclet-hibernate-module-1.2.jar!/xdoclet/modules/hibernate/resources/hibernate.xdt
> java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException"
> Now the strange thing is, i removed all @hibernate tags, except for the
> @hibernate.class and @hibernate.id tags. The file contained a bare minimum so
> to speak. The error persisted, until I changed Map to java.util.Map in
> getter/setter methods for a property I even didn't include in the mapping
> (only class and id)
> I cannot tell why this happened, I just isolated the error and tried with a
> little bit of good luck and years of experience :)
