I've not double-checked the distribution regarding that file specifically, but there are a number of classes that are generated during the build by javacc/jjtree. I belive SimpleParser is one of those (as is Token, and I think another Parser class), in which case I wouldn't expect it to be stored in CVS since it's a build product. Look for a grammar source file with (I think) a .jj or .jjt extension.
