Not really.  Based on the existing weblogic-ejb-jar.xml you could manually 
decorate your code with the appropriate @weblogic.* tags, add the equivalent 
@jboss ones based on the descriptions in the tag docs, then run the jboss 
XDoclet subtask.  But there's no automatic tool to do it.
