I am doing support to expand runtime qtags/qdox tag values for all plugins.
@abc.class tagName="${os.name}"
Will represent plugin runtime evaluation, pex,
@abc.class tagName="windows"
And more specific,
@abc.class tagName="${propId.propValue}"
Where propId represents a properties file, defined in AntTask level,
and propValue, well, a property there :)
I known I could be doing this using velocity or jelly, but as this code runs
for every tag value it should be the least expensive.

QTags support for properties fed by properties files
Hummm... Why do you need regex? I think
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/jexl/ will help you.
Beleza?
