They weren't there. At least the xml ones, the latest updates. They were at http://cvs.apache.org/repository/commons-jelly/
Ibiblio had old dated releases (like for neither non core-jelly nor xml-jelly - those are from above uri) as I recall - we could roll this out maybe - xml and core not yet (did jelly devs released something since august?)
