Last time I checked sources fo ejb plugins ( 20
minutes ago ;) ) they were using commons logging ;)

Which config file is responsible for configuration
depends on your enwironment, but most probably it will
be log4j ( does not ant contain this? ) or even
vanilla jdk logging.
