Hello Konstantin,
i sorted out my problem by listing first WebWork plugin in my pom.xml and
then the Web plugin
It looks to me like there are some problems if you specify Web plugin
before WebWork plugin.
When i tried to list Web plugin (with a custom destdir) before WebWork
plugin, the generated-resources/xdoclet
directory didnt get generated for some weird reasons.......

anyway i am sorted now. thanx for your help
regards
marco

I would put XD2 plugin into phase "generate-sources"
instead of "process-classes" - at least that's where
I'm running it.
