yep - if you add ref-name="foo" then you will get a ejb-ref-name of
ejb/foo.  I hope you're not objecting to the ejb/ as thats pretty good
convention to follow (o:  however if you are, you could edit ejb-body.j
and remove the hardcoded ejb/
