Have you got this sorted out too?  From your later email I assume all is
ok.  If not, the answer is yes, you need to compile both src and gen-src
directories.  XDoclet doesn't replace your source code, it adds to it my
generating a subclass.  Apologies for this if you've already figured it
out, better safe than sorry (o:
