What if we make @ejb.ejb-ref a method level tag?

public class A extends SessionBean {
  /**
   * @ejb.ejb-ref --> B
   */
  public BHome getBHome()
}

XDoclet always generates subclasses for EJBs (at least for Session and
Entity), so the implementation could go here...
