It would be great if you want to give it a go. Check out the module named
xdoclet-all from CVS HEAD. Then look at xdoclet/modules. There you'll find
all the XDoclet modules (or plugins or subelements if you will). Take a look
at e.g. caucho or macromedia. You basically want to create a new folder
named "borland" and do the same thing. If you need help, ask on
